We offer recreational and pre competitive programs for ages 3+

Rhythmic Munchkins

Suitable for 3 year old girls and boys, this program will focus on creative movement, coordination development and introduction to rhythmic gymnastics.

Rhythmic Flowers

Suitable for girls ages 4-5, this program will focus on developing coordination, balance, flexibility and expression using rhythmic gymnastics technique and games.

Rhythmic Rays

Suitable for girls ages 6-9, this program will focus on developing coordination with the use of a ball, rope and hoop apparatuses. As well as, develop balance, flexibility, agility, expression and team work.

  • Option once/twice per week

Rhythmic Stars

Suitable for girls ages 10+, this program will focus on everything the other programs focus on with more advance and age appropriate exercises.
